MAX-EMITTERS VS. OTHER EMITTERS- COMPARISON

In these graphs, we compare the physical characteristics against other emitters in the industry. We compare length of flow path, size of flow path, and total screen area. Compare the numbers and see why Max-Emitter is the superior emitter designed specifically for heap-leach mining needs.

Comparison of Emitter Flow Path LENGTH (in linear inches)
LENGTH of Flow Path Measured: In this study we compared the length of the Max-Emitter flow path with the flow paths of three other emitters used in the industry. Max-Emitter comes out 25 to 125% ahead of the competition.

Benefit of the Long-Length Flow Path: When the flow path is longer, you'll have smaller flow variations as a result of pressure changes. This means more consistent emitter to emitter output.

Comparison of Emitter Flow Path VOLUME (in cubic inches)

VOLUME of Flow Path Measured: In this study we compared the total volume of the flow path with three other  flow-paths of emitters used in the industry. In terms of total volume, The Max-Emitter far exceeds any other emitter in the industry.

Benefit of the Larger-Volume Flow Path: A large flow path volume prevents plugging by allowing particulates to pass through the emitter.

Comparison of Emitter TOTAL SCREEN AREA (in square inches)

TOTAL SCREEN AREA Measured: In this study we compared the total screen area with three other flow-paths of emitters used in the industry. The Max-Emitter far exceeds any other emitter in the industry for screen area filtration.

Total Screen Area (square inches)
At a a full 330°, the Max-Emitter™ offers the largest inlet screen area available, reducing velocity in the flow path and creating less attraction for particulates.
