How to Specify

"The Max-Emitter is the only emitter designed from the ground up for the mining industry. All other emitters are adaptations of irrigation emitters and don't serve a mine's needs."
Why the Max-Emitter is the Most Plug Resistant Emitter in the Market?

  • Maximum Screen Area - 100 to 300 screen inlets smaller than the flow path cross-section, located 330 degrees around the emitter, protect the emitter from plugging and provide flow regardless of the position of the tubing. The larger screen area drastically reduces velocities over the screen area. With lower velocity, less solution contaminates are suctioned to the screened inlets.
  • Maximum Flow Path - Extra-long and extra-wide turbulent flow paths contribute to plug resistance. The flow path is constructed to keep particulates in suspension enabling them to flow through the emitter to the emission outlet.
  • Maximum Flow Control - Ore-Max Max-Emitters have the longest flow path and lowest coefficient of manufacturers variation across production tooling than any other product in the industry today. This quality standard minimizes flow variations caused by pressure changes - a key to improving solution management.
  • Two Exit Holes at 180°- protect against plugging regardless of the position of the tube.
  • Improved Solution Management - Solution management is the key to improved metal extraction and profitability. All of the Ore-Max features listed above contribute directly to improved solution management - the total sum not available with any other supplier.
  • Highest Quality Product Specifications - Ore-Max uses the highest quality resin and carbon black in their emitter and tubing construction. The Quality Department follows documented procedures to ensure continuous product quality - translating into consistent emitter flow with every delivery.

Ore-Max Max-Emitter is the first emitter designed specifically for the mining industry and offers improved technological advantages.
